Early College Program

EARLY COLLEGE PROGRAM

What is the Early College Program? The KHS Early College Program is a partnership between KHS and St. Louis Community College (STLCC).  Students apply for the Early College Program in January of their sophomore year.  Early college students spend their junior and senior years of high school taking college classes full time at STLCC.  This fully-immersive college experience allows students to get a real college experience, graduating with a KHS High School Diploma and possibly a STLCC Associate’s Degree.  Learn more about the Early College Program. 

Early College Application Process

  • KHS Early College Application - Due January 30th
  • Complete the STLCC Application - Due February 6th
  • Take the STLCC Accuplacer Test - Results Due to KHS by February 20th
  • KHS Early College Parent/Guardian Meeting - March 12th During Homeroom
  • KHS Early College Course Selection Meeting - March 26th During Homeroom
  • Complete Early College Authorization Form - Due to KHS Counselor by April 3rd
  • STLCC Course Registration - Must be completed by April 10th
  • STLCC Onsite Orientation - Mid April
