Senior Survey
Senior checkout is just a few short weeks away. In order to complete senior checkout, you must complete the Senior Survey! If you have not completed the Senior Survey, follow the steps below.
Before starting the survey, have this information with you:
1. Name of school where you want your final transcript sent
2. List of schools you applied to and whether you were admitted, denied or waitlisted
3. Dollar Amounts and name of each scholarship you received. If you received scholarships from multiple schools, you must include all those scholarships even if you are not attending those schools.
If you do not have all this information before starting the survey, wait to complete the survey until you do. Please complete the survey as soon as you can. HERE is the link to the Senior Survey
