Kirkwood High School Fall 2025 Parent Teacher Conferences
 

Kirkwood High School will be conducting Fall 2025 Parent Teacher Conferences virtually (via Zoom) and in-person on the dates listed below:

  • Virtual Conferences - Wednesday, October 15th from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM - See sign up instructions below.
  • In-Person Conferences - Thursday, October 16th from 4:00 to 7:30 PM - In-person ONLY. No appointments required, walk-up conferences will be located in the cafe/commons/library by department.
Virtual Conferences Information and Sign Up Directions
Please note that virtual conferences are 6-minute check-ins with your student’s teachers to specifically discuss current progress in the class. We ask that you are respectful of the allotted time. If you feel the need to speak with a teacher longer than the scheduled 6 minutes, please contact them via email after the initial conference to set up another appointment. Signing up for a virtual conference will occur through the KHS MyConferenceTime website linked below. In order to provide the best scenario for all during our virtual conferences, we ask that you DO NOT SCHEDULE CONFERENCES BACK TO BACK. Please allow 6 minutes between conferences to allow you to end one Zoom and join another more efficiently.
  1. Have your student’s schedule and teacher names ready.
  2. Go to https://www.myctime.com/kirkwoodhighschool.
    We highly recommend you watch the following videos if you need assistance “How to SignUp For a Parent Conference?”
  3. Click on “Register for Multiple Time Slots”.
  4. Enter the number of students you are scheduling for.
  5. Fill out information required. Please double check that your email is correct.
  6. Select teachers from your student’s schedule that you would like to meet with.
  7. Select the desired date/time for your conference by clicking on “Sign Up”.
  8. Submit the requested information.
  9. After you schedule a conference online, the date(s) and time(s) are reserved and you will receive an email confirmation of your conference with the Zoom link attached for the particular teacher(s).
 
SIGN-UPS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 11:59 PM ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14TH!
