Welcome to KHS!
Now that you have received your laptop, please check and ensure you have all of the items below. If any of the items are missing or non-working, it is your responsibility to let KHS Technology Staff know by coming by the Technology Helpdesk (inside the Library from the Senior Hallway)

- You can access your programs (Applications) via the Launchpad (rocket ship) on your dock OR via Finder - Go - Applications.
- If there is a program you are looking for that is not on your device, you can likely download it via the Kiosk (aka the red “K” at the top right of your screen) and choose Install Software or stop by the Technology Desk located in the Library for help. You will never need to download a program on your own. If there is a program you need (that is
school-related) that you don't see in the Kiosk, Red K, please speak to a KHS Technology Specialist.
- Each student has a Microsoft account in order to access Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. You will log in with your school email address and network password to any of these programs. Signing into one will sign you into all Microsoft accounts.
